This is a 9″ chile pequin ristra. New Mexico native made. Natural not treated. The chiles on this ristra can be used in cooking dishes as well as decor. Gourmet chile spice, makes a wonderful aromatic chile oil. We have sold chile ristras and shipped them all over the world for years. We only carry the chile pequin ristras now and don’t treat them. Chile pequin is much hotter then the bigger NM chile pods ristras. Add a charming New Mexico southwest touch to your home for the holiday. Nothing like the beauty of these ristras.
